Canigó Remolcs has come back to Gran Est Mondial Air Ballons at Chambley, France.

Since the 23 rd of July to the 1 st of August we are between pilots and friends, balloon and flights,
presenting the updated version of the Balloon Roller. As a new, we have brought the Simply
Basket, a system to transport light baskets without the necessity of a trailer. We want to
remark sold out of Fan Bracket, something so simple but so useful for Pilotes.

More over, we have had the opportunity of talking about Canigó Remolcs at the radio of the
festival, doing an interview and explaining where we come from.

We have used these days for visiting some customers close to the area and see and check how
the Balloon Rollers are working the season.
One more year, we could enjoy the culture and gastronomy of the region, as so the people
around Europe also coming with the same objective.
Hope we can be here the next edition, and as we always say: MANY GOOD FLIGHTS!

Participation at EBF’18

One more year we have participated at European Balloon Festival al Igualada with a great succes of visitors and also pilots with their teams.

As a new, we have presented the new model of covered balloon trailer for competition, the Chambley Balloon Trailer. It is thought for small balloons, its more simple desing, let us offer a light and cheap product.

During all the week we could enjoy a lot of good flights with more than 50 balloons, different showings, foodtrucks, photocalls, rides, contests, raffle…

Hope we can enjoy more and better the next edition!

15 years of Balloon Trailers

This is the first balloon trailer we made. It was the May of 15 years ago. Nowadays, we make all kind of trailers, opened and closed with different sizes and accessories, and equipment to use envelopes, baskets and others.

Thanks to the company of Kontiki to trust us. Their order made us discovered this fascinating world, that at the same time it inspire us.

Aquest és el primer remolc de globus aerostàtic que vam fabricar. D’això, aquest mes de maig de 2018 en fa 15 anys. Actualment fabriquem tot tipus i mides de remolcs, oberts i tancats, i altres accessoris i maquinària per facilitar el transport i la manipulació dels diferents models i dimensions de globus d’aire calent.

Gràcies a l’empresa Kontiki per haver confiat en nosaltres. El seu encàrrec ens va fer descobrir un món fascinant i que alhora ens apassiona.

C’est ce la première remorque de montgolfières aérostatiques que nous fabriquons. Ce mois de mai de 2018 il y a 15 ans. Nous fabriquons actuellement tous les types et toutes les tailles de remorques, ouvertes et fermées, ainsi que d’autres accessoires et machines pour faciliter le transport et son travail des différents modèles et dimensions des montgolfières à air chaud.
Merci à la société Kontiki de nous avoir fait confiance. Sa commande nous a fait découvrir un monde fascinant qui nous sommes passionnés.

Este es el primer remolque de globos aerostáticos que fabricamos. De ello, este mes de mayo de 2018 ya han pasado 15 años. Actualmente fabricamos todo tipo y tamaños de remolques, abiertos y cerrados, y otros accesorios y maquinaria para facilitar el transporte y la manipulación de los diferentes modelos y dimensiones de globos de aire caliente.
Gracias a la empresa Kontiki por haber confiado en nosotros. Su encargo nos hizo descubrir un mundo fascinante y que a la vez nos apasiona.

After a designing and testing process, this time we have the pleasure to present the new model of Balloon Roller 355 with the incorporation of new systems like hydraulic tracked vehicle translation, remote control and others.

After seeing the interest of Pilots, teams and also the organization, we can confirm that the welcome of Balloon Roller 355 (see product) has been a great success.

35th anniversary

In the spring of 1982, Jordi Padullés i Serra started this project manufacturing our first trailer.
Since then, Canigó Remolcs has gained experience, discovering new ways of working, applying new manufacturing methods and innovating to build all type of trailers.
Over the course of this 35 years, we have manufactured a lot of different trailers and it has been possible thanks to all customers who have trusted in us.
From here we continue working, we continue FINDING SOLUTIONS.

Catalonia Ballon Championship held in Agramunt

The Catalan Hot Air Balloon Championship has been in Agramunt this weekend. The classification has been very competitive until de last task, where the pilot of Ultramàgic, Josep Mª Lladó became the winner of the competition. From Canigó Remolcs we want to congratulate him.

We also want to congratulate the winner of “Canigó targets”. Two of the task of this championship had special prize. Jordi Díaz has won both tasks.

Great expectations for the new BALLOON ROLLER

Canigó Remolcs has participated at Lorraine Mondial Air Balloon’15 where has presented his exclusive products for balloon transport.

The new product “Balloon Roller”(machine specially designed to collect and load the envelope.) (view product) has been widely accepted among the teams participating in the festival.

After doing the draw for a fan bracket (view product), also a new presented at LMAB’15, we would like to congratulate Mr Philippe Landrieu, winner of this.

Once home, we thank the organization and the balloon teams all the attention received in our stand.

Canigó Remolcs S.L. es una empresa familiar creada en 1997 por su actual gerente Jordi Padullés y Serra, y dedicada exclusivamente a la fabricación de remolques ligeros de hasta 3500 kg, y todos sus complementos.

Podemos fabricar diferentes modelos con una capacidad de hasta 8 “quads”. Podemos fabricar diferentes modelos con una capacidad de hasta 6 motos. Podemos fabricar diferentes modelos con una capacidad de hasta 8 “quads”. Podemos fabricar diferentes modelos con una capacidad de hasta 6 motos.

De todas formas los orígenes reales hay que situarlos en agosto del 1980, año en que su creador a la edad de 24 años empezó la actividad como trabajador autónomo en un pequeño taller de cerrajería, en el que de manera esporádica ya iba fabricante algún remolque por encargo.

Con la incorporación de su hijo Ot Padullés y Sangrà se consolida la segunda generación de la empresa.

La experiencia acumulada durante estos años de fabricación hace que actualmente Canigó Remolcs sea una empresa de referencia en el diseño y fabricación de remolques especiales para la industria y transportes especiales, aplicando y creando tecnología propia así como la de sus proveedores con el fin de facilitar el trabajo a sus clientes.

Fabricamos remolques autocargadores, con maquinas instaladas, y diseños especiales para cargas exclusivas etc.

Escuchamos y estudiamos las necesidades de nuestros clientes para poder fabricar lo que ellos necesitan. Estamos abiertos a todo, y esta es la columna vertebral de nuestra filosofía como empresa, la cual nos ha llevado a estar presentes en mercados tan diversos como la mayoría de países de la CEE, y también en algunos del continente africano, Oriente Próximo y Latinoamericano, una filosofía que ofrecemos como garantía de nuestra profesionalidad.
